Restaurant Lilium

Take the best ingredients.
Don't make it fancy.
Lilium is the Latin word for Lily and was inspired by Small Luxury Hotel De Witte Lelie in Antwerp, a 16th-century boutique hotel with historic rooms full of design and art.
But Lelie also reflects purity and harmony, core values reflected in Jo Bussels' serene and layered cooking style. Hotel De Witte Lelie is the proud owner of a Red Michelin key, check it here.
When its pink door opens, it is like walking into the Efteling for adults.
Restaurant Lilium has seven tables with 18 seats, a separate dining area for up to 10 people, a separate meeting room as well as private underground parking.
You can eat à la carte but Jo prefers to spoil you with a surprise “carte blanche” menu in which you can also taste one of his signature dishes namely a tin of caviar with a preparation of langoustines, grapefruit and Iranian Oscietra caviar.
The restaurant is open four evenings (Tue-Wen-Thu) and two afternoons (Thu-Fri).
